Ashwani Sharma is a Technical Lead with over 11 years of experience in the Engineering, Aerospace, Life Science, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industries. He has expertise in managing 3Dx Platform 2015x and above, configuring Reverse Proxy, Hot Fixes, OCDX, and automating deployments using ANT, GitHub, SVN on DevOps methodology. Ashwani has experience in DELMIA Manufacturing and Process Planning modules and is proficient in DHF, DMR, CAPA, Non-Conformance, Specification Management, and Unified Typing. Ashwani has excellent skills in 3Dx Platform management, upgrade analysis, data validation, and implementation of 3Dx 2021x, 2020x, 2019x, and lower versions. He has led, designed, and implemented critical business solutions based on 3Dx architecture and designed Data validation approach for migration from a legacy system to the 3Dx Platform. He has also aligned PLM processes from 3D Space to 3D Dashboard custom widgets with various features and defined and implemented REST Web Services framework for widgets and various integrations. Ashwani has managed a team of four members for PLM transition from vendor to in-house team, including their PLM flow and sustainability of the PLM practices. He has helped customers in designing PLM transformation approach and following Agile model. Ashwani has worked on 3Dx 2021x and 2020x for widgets customization and greenfield project implementation and has presented webinars on 3Dx with customers, team collaboration, and knowledge sharing purposes. Currently, Ashwani is working as a Technical Lead at Vias, where he is analyzing new implementation with manufacturing process mapping on 3Dx 2022x, communicating with customers to gather new business requirements, and proposing PLM solutions. He is also defining admin schema and deploying as per TXO and Unified typing standards and mapping the data migration and process from older to new PLM system. Previously, Ashwani worked as a Technical Lead at Fossil Group, where he managed a team of four members for PLM transition from vendor to in-house team and proposed process improvements for sustainability of the PLM system. He also worked as a Senior PLM Consultant at CIMPA PLM Services, where he worked on new product development on XPDM to 3D EXPERIENCE connector for CIMPA Labs for migration of legacy data from systems- CAT
