Ashwath Reddy is a highly motivated and enthusiastic operations manager with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. He also achieved 100% Internal Steam Factor for FY 2021-22 for minimum unplanned interruption of plant operations and increased profitability by INR 5 mn through an initiative to divert startup/shutdown polymer into PRIME product. Ashwath Reddy holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT and completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya Raichur and NRI Academy, Vijayawada.
