Ashwin Nallamreddy is an accomplished leader and people manager with over 16 years of experience in client delivery, client management, team management, account management and end-to-end recruitment/hiring for offshore (India) and global markets (APAC, ANZ, EMEA & USA). Currently, he holds the position of Head - Global TA Sourcing (APAC, MEA, ANZ) at Wipro, where he is responsible for sourcing top talent globally. Ashwin is a firm believer that acquiring the right talent is the most important key to growth. He has a proven track record of delivering results through hard work, failures, challenges, eagerness to learn, achievements, success, constant learning and training. He is a specialist in conventional and social media hiring and has led a team of 12 Junior to Senior TA members (Onsite/Offshore) at Iconma, where he served as Manager - Talent Acquisition. Ashwin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Marketing from St. Augustine PG College, India. He has worked with Wipro in the past as Global Manager - Talent Acquisition.
