Ashwin Sanjeevan is an Associate Engagement Manager at Quantiphi, with a passion for challenging work and continuous learning. He believes that if work is not challenging or teaching you something new, it's time to move on. With almost 8 years of relevant experience, Ashwin has a diverse background in product management, application development, and team leadership. Currently, Ashwin is responsible for leading the development of the first SaaS product under development at Quantiphi. This involves working closely with the business teams to understand their requirements and ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of what needs to be built. He also acts as an intermediary between different functional units, such as BizOps, SecOps, and Marketing, to ensure the development team has all the necessary information to make informed decisions about feature implementation. Prior to joining Quantiphi, Ashwin worked at Mu Sigma as an Apprentice Leader, where he led multiple teams across the Innovation and Development stream. He was responsible for showcasing demos in the Innovation and Development Lab, researching market trends, and upgrading existing demos. He also led the team responsible for developing an internal product that served close to 2000 people in the company and was later hosted in different client environments. Ashwin's education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering and a high school diploma from Bhavans Adarsha Vidyalaya.
