Ashwin Shroff is a self-taught Senior Product Designer with over 8 years of experience in solving design problems in the logistics, manufacturing, and semiconductor domains. Currently, he is leading a team of talented Product Designers at Keka HR, where he has helped expand the design team from 5 to 15 designers. He is responsible for driving design strategy and discussions across the team, problem scoping, brainstorming, wireframes, Hi-Fi designs, and prototyping of features across all modules in Keka’s B2B SaaS employee experience product. Ashwin closely works with CXOs and PMs to build experiences for users to accomplish their tasks with ease. With a strong passion for technology, gaming, and food, Ashwin has worked with B2B SaaS startups throughout his career. He has experience in UX and UI design, information architecture, and visual design. Ashwin has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PES and completed a Continuing Education Course in Innovative Product Development and Design Methods from IISC in 2016. Prior to joining Keka HR, Ashwin worked as a Senior UX Designer at Mojro, where he redesigned the company's website and implemented various dashboards to help users gain daily insights into their logistics, cost savings, and adoption rate. He also worked as a UI/UX Designer at CADEM Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he was in charge of user experience, visual design, and information architecture for CADEM's products. Ashwin redesigned and deployed the entire e-commerce website of CADEM and ideated, designed, and deployed the entire product page of LEANworx Cloud, the flagship offering from CADEM. Ashwin is a technophile who enjoys solving complex design problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
