Ashwini Patil-Borole is an experienced Manager in Learning and Development (L&D) at Alepo, with over 14 years of experience in the field. Currently, she holds the position of Manager-L&D at Alepo, where she is responsible for managing the company's learning system for training activities. She has also worked as an Associate Manager-L&D and Lead Trainer at Alepo in the past. Ashwini has extensive experience in end-to-end training management, including creating onboarding learning programs for new employees, conducting customer-facing product training, and analyzing training needs for all verticals. She has also worked with internal subject matter experts to customize training programs on a need basis and has conducted product, technical, and compliance training. Additionally, she has experience in eLearning content creation using Articulate Storyline and vendor management for external training. Ashwini has achieved several accomplishments during her career, including developing an LMS-based learning approach at the organizational level, receiving an average of 3.6 out of 4 on the liken scale for the onboarding learning program, and increasing the awareness of measuring learning progress through automated scripted reminders. She is also responsible for managing the company's Learning Management System (LMS) for training activities, creating course materials and quizzes for the courses, and customizing the LMS as per organizational needs. She also holds a Diploma in Computer Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a First Class in S.S.C from K.A. Banthia High School, New Panvel.
