Ashwini Poola is an experienced ETL developer and certified Scrum Master (CSM) with strong analytical skills and a passion for learning. Currently, she works as a Senior Consultant at Mercedes Benz, where she is responsible for ETL development using Conweaver and acts as a Scrum Master for her team. She organizes daily Scrum calls, clears blockers, and reminds the team about sprint goals to ensure work is completed within the sprint timelines. Ashwini also ensures regular updating of JIRA tasks and conducts sprint review calls without any delays. She takes appropriate feedback from the team in sprint retrospectives and talks on behalf of the team in sprint planning to prevent overburdening. Ashwini has a diverse work experience, having worked with Deloitte as a Consultant and GGK Tech as a Software Engineer. At Deloitte, she worked with a team of 10-12 members and was the only ETL developer in one of the projects. At GGK Tech, Ashwini started as a college graduate and gradually grew up to the role of Software Engineer. She worked on Informatica PowerCentre and closely worked with clients. Ashwini was responsible for development, deployment, and production of work items. She also helped the team in analysis, development, and deployment of work items. Ashwini holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, Yerragattu Hillocks, Bheemaram, Hasanparthy, Warangal. She has 10.12 years of relevant experience and possesses expertise in ETL, SQL, and software engineering. Ashwini's strong analytical skills, passion for learning, and experience in ETL development and Scrum make her an asset to any team.
