Asmita Bhattacharyya is an experienced professional with a diverse skill set that includes technical expertise as well as managerial skills. With over six years of experience in the industry, Asmita has worked as a .NET Developer with Cognizant, where she gained hands-on experience in Agile project management, ticketing tools like Jira, and content management systems like Tridion. Currently, Asmita is pursuing an MBA in International Business with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. She is a member of the Corporate Relations and Placement team at her institute and has also interned with Louis Dreyfus Company. Asmita strongly believes that managers with a combination of technical and managerial skills are an asset to any organization, irrespective of the sector. She is passionate about digital transformation and feels that she can contribute significantly to the process. Apart from her professional experience, Asmita has also been actively involved in social initiatives. As a member of Kshitij, an ISR initiative of SIIB, she taught Maths and English to students of the local municipal school from 5th to 8th standard.
