Assaad Moukarzel is a highly experienced project manager with over 11 years of experience in the façade industry. He has a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, without compromising on quality. Assaad's expertise lies in translating a company's strategy into manageable pieces of work, prioritizing them, and finding the right people to perform them. He is a skilled problem solver and is able to anticipate and solve problems before they arise. At the core, Assaad is an engineer who cares deeply about the details and the form in which a result is delivered. He has an in-depth understanding of the value chain of a business and is able to audit frequently to ensure that no task falls below his standards. Assaad's operations management experience in a vertically integrated industry has reinvigorated his top-down approach by using comprehensive factors for decision making. Assaad is passionate about tackling the toughest supply chain strategy challenges and producing significant value for different clients in different industries. He enjoys reading and researching a multitude of information, synthesizing it, and drawing highly effective and customized solutions for customers. Currently, Assaad is working as a Senior Implementation Manager at logward. In his previous roles at glassline and glassline industries, he managed the construction of large-scale projects such as the $8M Bank Med headquarters and inspected the production process of 16,000 sqm of steel structure for Hamad International Airport. He identified and exploited bottlenecks, proposed solutions to increase the capacity of production, and advised for strategic outsourcing and proposed efficient supply chain solutions. Assaad holds a Master of Business Administration degree from IESE Business School and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering II (ULFG2).
