Astha Mathur is a results-oriented IT professional with over 5 years of experience in business intelligence, ETL, and Informatica Cloud. She is a versatile and analytical individual who approaches her work with a practical "get the things done" attitude. Astha is an entrenched learner of new things and is jumbled up with sportsmanship, with a wash of an artist. She is always looking for a climate that will incorporate all of her techniques and abilities to create and grow them for better smugness and self-improvement. Currently, Astha works as a Consultant at Deloitte, where she is involved in designing ETL tools to scale overwhelming data transition tasks into manageable projects with realistic timeframes and achievable budgets. Prior to this, she worked as an Application Development Analyst and Associate at Accenture, where she gained hands-on experience in tuning mappings/queries, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in various levels such as sources, targets, mappings, and sessions. Astha has also developed/designed Informatica mappings by translating the business requirements and worked on various transformations like Lookup, Joiner, Sorter, Aggregator, Router, and Source Qualifier to create complex mapping. Astha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mody Institute of Technology & Science, Sikar. Her tech stack includes ETL, SQL, test, and integration. Astha is a dedicated and hard-working individual who is always looking to expand her knowledge and skills.
