Aswin Andrison is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and co-founder of Lumina, a LinkedIn app for blue-collar workers in Southeast Asia. With over 15 years of experience in product development, operations, and market expertise in FMCG, grocery, and MSMEs, Aswin has been instrumental in building successful startups. Prior to Lumina, Aswin co-founded STOQO, a pioneer fresh-produce eCommerce platform for 40,000 hawkers, with USD 20mio annualized revenue, 1,500-strong workforce, and USD 13M raised from top investors. Aswin's passion for building and seeing others reach their fullest potential has driven him to co-found Lumina, Indonesia's first job community platform for blue/grey collar workers with global ambitions. As the CEO of Lumina, Aswin has been leading the company's efforts to connect blue-collar workers with potential employers and help them find meaningful work opportunities. Before his entrepreneurial journey, Aswin worked as a Venture Scout at Monk's Hill Ventures, where he invested in mission-driven founders with bold, game-changing ventures and helped them grow. Aswin is also an alumnus of London Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Harvard University, where he pursued an MBA and an exchange program. He holds a BSc/BE in Computer Science and Chemical Engineering from UNSW Australia. Aswin's experience and expertise have made him a sought-after speaker and mentor in the startup community.
