Atharva Deshpande is an accomplished Lead Backend Developer with a passion for developing impactful tech products. With 2.59 years of relevant experience, he has a proven track record of researching and establishing the backend architecture using AWS and NodeJS. Currently, Atharva is employed at daostruct, where he leads the backend development team. Prior to his current role, Atharva worked at social3 as a Backend and Web3 Developer. During his tenure, he improved the response time of various backend APIs and developed and integrated Lens Protocol in the frontend to create a feed. He also enabled the backend to talk to Arweave and Mirror.xyz to fetch the blog a user has written on the blockchain. Additionally, he implemented a Direct Message feature on blockchain using XMTP to enable DMs between users and established the backend needed for creating a questionnaire for companies while posting their job for candidates. Atharva also worked as a Backend Engineer at Clinikk, where he revamped the consultation booking flow across all platforms and integrated Chargebee while keeping in mind the existing mechanism and making it work successfully. He also integrated with Leadsquared for lead tracking and EvitalRx API integration to search for medicines using name, composition, company, etc. Atharva has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Advanced Computing from King's College London, which he will complete in September 2023. He has a strong technical background in Backend, Web3, Blockchain, AWS, NodeJS, Frontend, Search, and Integration.
