Athithya Jayadevan is a highly skilled Software Development Engineer currently working with Cisco Systems in the Intent-based Networking Group. With over 3.35 years of relevant experience, Athithya has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of software development and testing. At Cisco Systems, Athithya is responsible for the development and testing of IOSXE, a singular software stack that is usable across all enterprise networking products. His expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Lua, along with his proficiency in operating systems such as RHEL and Windows, has enabled him to excel in his current role. As a member of the Core Software Group - Platform Infrastructure, Athithya is part of the IOSXE Platform Infrastructure Team that enables the entire Cisco ENG portfolio. He is focused on building new innovative solutions and contributing to existing components to enhance the IOS-XE product portfolio. Athithya is also a contributor to the development and testing of TDL, Cisco's own Protobuf, and components in IOS-XE infra environment. He has designed and executed testing capabilities for various components across IOS-XE. Athithya has a Master's in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, which he completed in 2019. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor's in Engineering from RMK College of Engineering and Technology in 2014. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, iOS, infra, test, and Python, which he has used extensively throughout his career. Athithya's dedication to his work, coupled with his technical skills, has made him a valuable asset to Cisco Systems.
