Athul Subran is a diligent Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in leading all phases of diverse IT projects. He is currently working as a Project Manager at HashedIn by Deloitte, where he manages multiple Agile development pods consisting of 30+ IT experts including developers, UX designers, DevOps engineers, QAs, architects, etc. Athul is a certified Scrum Master and PSPO level 1, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional. Athul has experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Pricing & Billing Solutions (TBMS-F & XELERATE) for financial institutions. He has completed his MBA from IIM Raipur in Data Science, Operations, and Marketing, and has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In his previous role as a Senior Project Management Specialist at HashedIn, Athul owned and delivered releases and project milestones, effectively managed client expectations through stakeholder management, risk management, change management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and continuous improvement. He effectively led cross-functional internal and external teams, combined both technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working with the business and technology owners, and organized and led project status and scrum meetings using agile PM techniques. Athul's other experience includes a summer internship at Dastakari, where he conducted a market survey to find the potential of jute products in different segments, developed a regression model for sales forecasting, and worked on sales of jute products through online markets in both B2C (Amazon) and B2B (TradeIndia). Athul's technical skills include Data Science, DevOps, testing, and product management. He is a dedicated professional with a proven record of success in managing complex IT projects.
