Online platform for appointment booking, telemedicine, and practice management. It offers a web-based platform that benefits both patients and doctors. It enables patients to browse through doctor profiles online, book confirmed appointments, and get chat-based teleconsultation. The platform offers a subscription-based cloud product called Practo ray that enables doctors and clinics to manage their practice and a reputation management solution. Consumers can manage their reports and medical data and purchase medicine using the app.

Key Result Areas :
• Currently managing a team size of 15-20 customer success managers and handling a portfolio of 3000+ customer base ( North & West India )
• Having a significant amount of experience in managing all three important processes of a customer life cycle: On-boarding , Intervention & Renewals.
• Owning important metrics like churn and adoption for the zones being handled by me.
• Driving the team to achieve a higher Customer Satisfaction score(CSAT) and thereby leading to a higher NPS ( Net promoter score )
• Documented some of the best practices and methods to continuously improve quality and on-boarding efficiency
• Hiring and training competent individuals for the role of Customer Success Managers.
• Driving some of the key operational metrics like utilisation & call effectiveness for higher productivity.

Key Result Areas :
• Scaled the team from 6 member to a 42 member team during my tenure as a Team lead,along with the Senior Manager, CSS.
• Initially, was responsible for managing the customers of Bangalore in the pilot phase and later went on expanding the process for all the customers across India.
• Established the On-boarding process for the first 3 months of a customer’s life cycle; this included welcoming the customer on-board, customer training of the software, timely interventions and finally increasing the customer adoption by strong relationship management. The process has been proven efficient in the face of increasing customer base as well as team expansion.
• Focused on customer adoption and ensuring a healthy portfolio.
• Bridged the gap between Sales and Customer Success functions of the organization, to ensure smooth on-boarding of customers.
• Creating vital training manuals for the team including major topics like Customer life cycle vs adoption Charts, objection handling skills, competitor analysis and escalation management.

Key Achievements:
• Successfully achieved 150% of given targets in Jan’15- Mar’15 quarter.
• In a sales team of 250+ members,I was recognised as one amongst the top 15 sales executive of the company at the end of FY 2014-15.
• Identified new sales and marketing opportunities
• Was acknowledged by Manager for giving a great product demonstration.
• Spontaneous relationship building skills with potential customers during demo meetings and ensuring quality post sales support to the customers once the deal was closed.
