She is a program management expert with a strong focus on digital transformation and change management. Atma is a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and holds a Masters in HRM&LR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. At present, Atma is working as a Production HR Generalist for Netflix in the APAC region with a focus on India, Japan, South Korea, South East Asia, and ANZ. Prior to this, she was the Global Lead for Digitization of Talent and Performance Management at OYO, where she was responsible for end-to-end HR technology creation and execution for APAC and the Middle East. She also steered the global change management at OYO in the space of HR technology for countries across North America, Europe, Middle East, LATAM, SEA, Japan, and South Asia.
