Responsible for managing all aspects of people processes; design, develop and aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives with a roadmap for future.
•	Tasked with devising HR strategies to support the organization's transformation agenda with special focus on organization architecture, talent management and creating a high-performance work ethic.
•	Built strong employment brand and TA strategy which in-turn helped to recruit talents across globe includes campus, lateral and key leadership hiring. Ways to exponentially increase the hit-rate and achieve major cost reductions in hiring.

•	Implemented and designed annual goal setting exercise based on Balance Score Card (BSC) that provides the stakeholders with a comprehensive measure of how the organization is progressing towards the achievement of its strategic objectives (i.e. KRAs and KPIs for each perspective goals).
•	Design and execute statutory compliance process as per prevailing laws of the land for projects across India.
•	Implement process improvements across functions that has increased efficiency, supported the HRMS platform implementation and enhancing employee experience.
