Atul K. is a Service Now Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Developer with over 10 years of experience in IT. He is a Senior Software Developer with expertise in ITIL, Service Now, and BMC Remedy. He has worked on various ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Service Level Management, Facility Management, and Logistics Management.
