Atul Mathur is an experienced marketing professional with over 14 years of experience in the industry. He is currently the Head of Marketing for all Consumer Brands of 3M in India, including Home Improvement, Home Care, Car Care (Meguiar’s), Air Quality, Stationery & Office Productivity & Consumer Healthcare (Scotch-Brite, Command, Post-it, Scotch, Filtrete). In addition to this, he is also the Head of Business for the Home Improvement and Stationery divisions for 3M India with brands including Post-it, Scotch, Command and Meguiar’s. Atul has been instrumental in expanding the business across E-commerce, General Trade, Modern Trade and through strategic alliances. Prior to his current role, Atul was responsible for managing the corporate strategy for 3M India. He has also managed the strategy and headed execution for 3M Healthcare for penetration into smaller cities across India through an 80 member team. Atul has cross-functional responsibility across groups to manage a large skin care portfolio for 3M. Atul has previously worked as a Product Manager at Rediff and an Intern at Microsoft, where he was responsible for process improvement for business operations at Microsoft Sales and Marketing. He holds a PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering. Atul’s tech stack includes product management, and he has relevant experience of 14.61 years. He is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results.
