Atul Mishra is a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and desktop management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Airbus, he has extensive experience in VMware VDI, Workspace One, VMware on AWS cloud, App Volumes, UEM, UAG, VIDM, and VMware Horizon Cloud, among others. Atul has also worked with Citrix, HPC (High-Performance Computer) Xendesktop, VMware vSphere, MDM Airwatch, Mobility MAC-Casper, and SCCM Deployment. Atul's past experience includes working with Dell as an Advisor, Service Delivery, and IBM as a Team Leader for Mobility Virtualization Services. At IBM, he handled the end-to-end delivery of VDI and worked on requirements analysis, planning, and implementation of all software upgrades and roll-outs within the VDI ecosystem. He also managed the VDI environment, worked on incident/change and problem management, and provisioned desktops based on customer requests using VMware Horizon View tool. Atul has experience in troubleshooting virtual machine issues using Virtual Center and managing resource utilization. Atul holds a PGDM degree in Information Technology from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from RGPV. He completed his schooling from Christ Jyoti Hr Sec School. Atul's tech stack includes infra, AWS, Android, and iOS. With a relevant experience of over 10.52 years, Atul has a track record of delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
