Avijit Biswas is a seasoned professional with over 34 years of experience in the IT industry. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of SAINAPSE, a company that aims to revolutionize the future of support. Avijit is passionate about solving some of the problems that have bugged him throughout his growing up and working years. Avijit's experience includes working as a Senior Vice President at Siemens, where he ran the IT Solution service line that included large systems integrations in the airports and media space, outsourced product development in embedded technologies, PLM, and SAP. He also worked as a Partner at McKinsey, where he co-led the solution service offering for high tech product companies and service providers, focusing on margin improvement, delivery efficiency, people supply chain, and adoption of digital capabilities and practices. Avijit has worked with enterprise CIOs in the manufacturing, pharma, and oil and gas space around their digital journey while addressing the plumbing below. With many private and public sector organizations, he has guided IT baselining and defining a path forward leveraging classical consulting with new-gen tools. Avijit's educational background includes an Executive Education degree from INSEAD, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Jadavpur University, and a Higher Secondary degree from St. Lawrence High School.
