Avinash Naik Kethavath is a passionate Full Stack Developer with a background in web development. He is currently a Senior Software Development Engineer at Sumtotal, where he is responsible for building pages using the React JS library, writing common libraries for micro-services, and helping out co-workers with issues. He is also involved in creating new CDC events and using those to process and push messages to respective topics in Kafka. Avinash is a team player who actively reviews designs and code and works on framework and technology upgrades. Prior to his current role, Avinash worked as a Software Development Engineer II at Sumtotal, where he was involved in building API services using .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, NoSQL, SQL, and integrating multiple API services. He also worked on building pages using the React JS library and was actively involved in the team, providing technical and functional guidance, and design documentation where needed. He received the All Engineering - Innovation Leader Award for his exceptional deliverables and influence in producing and using creative ideas and products. Avinash has also gained experience as a Summer Intern at Tresm Labs, where he built a video chat application using WebRTC and developed a model for Automatic Speech Recognition using ASR Kaldi with a smaller dataset. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He is proficient in a range of technologies, including Software Engineering, Web Development, Javascript, Microservices, ReactJS, SQL, Kafka, C, Search, NoSQL, Integration, UI, Cassandra, Ethereum, Web3, Smart Contract, AI, Truffle, QA, Redis, and MongoDB.
