Currently serving as Manager - Business Analytics and Insights at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Avinash has established himself as an expert in the field of data analytics and insights. Prior to joining BPCL, Avinash worked as a Software Engineer with LG Soft India, a part of the R&D Division at LG Electronics, Korea. During his tenure, he gained experience in software R&D for Smart TV and received the “Best Star Performer Award 2013” from the desk of President, LG Soft India for his innovative automation project to save costs and improve efficiency in the Smart TV Lab. Before that, he worked as a Programmer Analyst with Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he played a key role in the Shell Oil Momentum Program, assisting in content data migration through SharePoint. Avinash holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from BIT Mesra, Ranchi. He is a quick learner, self-motivated, and a positive strategic thinker with an excellent eye for detail and analytical skills.
