Avinash Jha is a detail-oriented and focused DevOps Lead Engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field. He has a proven track record of automating tasks to develop and deploy code and data, implementing continuous deployment and continuous integration frameworks. Currently, Avinash is working as a Manager Consulting Expert at CGI, where he is responsible for maintaining high availability of production and non-production work environments. In his previous roles at CGI, Avinash worked as a Lead Analyst and Senior Software Engineer, where he was responsible for developing and designing PaaS platforms for continuous delivery of environments using Jenkins. He also worked on continuous configuration management with IBM Udeploy and Jenkins, creating fully automated CI build and deployment infrastructure and processes for multiple projects using Jenkins, IBM Udeploy, SVN, and GitLab. Avinash also designed and developed continuous deployment pipelines with Jenkins, configured Jenkins with Jira for infrastructure management, and integrated Sonar Qube for code quality and generating reports. Avinash's technical expertise includes CI/CD, Jenkins, integration, DevOps, senior software engineering, test, infra, software engineering, Elastic Search, and UI. He has also worked on configuring ELK (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) pipelines for continuous log management, writing custom monitoring and integrated monitoring methods into deployment processes, and configuring Xymon for infrastructure and log monitoring. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Dr. M G R Educational and Research Institute and completed his senior secondary education in science from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
