Avinash Jhangiani is a highly accomplished CEO, CXO Coach, Author, and Faculty member with more than 22 years of experience in global Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, and Innovation Culture Leadership. He has worked with Big 4 US Consulting (Deloitte US), large MNC (Reliance US/India), and global advertising agency (Omnicom Group India). Avinash has been recognized as a Top 100 Digital & Innovation Leader and has received several honors, including being named to the Top 50 INNOVATION Leaders List in 2018, the 2014 IMPACT DIGITAL Power 100 List, and being a Finalist in CIO 100 IT awards, IDG in 2012. He was also recognized as a Top 20 "Exemplary" Mentor of change by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India in 2019. As the Founder & CEO of Play2Transform group, Avinash leads culture transformation & innovation by Design using Play as a catalyst. He is the author of three books, including the BEYOND 2020 MINDSET Playbook for Leaders, and is the Curator & Producer of Project Dream On, India!, India's first and largest social initiative to capture DREAMS of (10,000+) children across socioeconomic groups. Avinash is an Adjunct Faculty, Partner, and Guest Lecturer at several leading universities, including SP Jain School of Global Management, Symbiosis International University, and IIM Vishakapatnam. He is also a sought-after speaker and jury member at various national and international events, including BW Future of Design awards, CX Conclave, and FICCI Frames. Avinash's current focus is on driving digital, culture transformation, and innovation in the corporate and education ecosystem by shifting mindset and overcoming culture hurdles for leadership and teams across departments using Design Thinking and Play as a catalyst. He provides immersive, play-based Design Thinking and innovation workshops, training with certifications, and consulting services to break silos and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration.
