Avisha Jaiswal is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with around 4 years of experience in building and scaling enterprise applications. Currently, Avisha is working at Edyst as a Senior Software Engineer, where she is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new features for the Edyst ed-tech platform. She has designed and developed the Rewards and Referrals feature for the platform from scratch, which allows users to redeem rewards using XP points earned by performing various actions on the platform. Avisha has also created asynchronous task queues using Redis to update XP points of users based on platform-wide actions and has optimized the code to accommodate 100k+ users being updated on every action. Additionally, she has streamlined processes and documented features, scaled systems to handle increased load on the servers, and is solely responsible for DevOps and infrastructure management activities. Prior to Edyst, Avisha worked at Wipro as a Python Developer on various projects in AI and Digital solutions business unit. She worked on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform, which automated the tedious, manual task of document processing by passing it through a deep learning pipeline to extract the entities and make sense of the data. Avisha also worked on Data Migration and media content analysis for 3M, where she orchestrated pipeline processing and feature extraction of images using Cloud Vision API. Avisha completed her Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from National Institute of Technology Raipur in 2019. She has a strong technical background in Software Engineering, Python, AWS, Backend, Kafka, AI, Deep Learning, Flask, Redis, Docker, Research Scientist, DevOps, infra, Keras, Microservices, Tensorflow, SQL, CNN, RNN, and ML, and has relevant experience of 3.86 years.
