Avishkar T is an accomplished Software Engineer and APM Fellow at NextLeap with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Societe Generale, where he is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions. Avishkar has over 3 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering and has worked with several companies in the past. He started his career as a Data Analyst Intern at Docon Technologies, where he was part of the analytics team responsible for driving actionable insights using data collected by different units of the organization. He used MongoDB and Amazon Redshift as a source and destination DBMS to develop a framework using Python for automating the error reporting system. Apart from his technical expertise, Avishkar has also demonstrated strong leadership skills. He was the Organizing Secretary at Spic Macay, where he led his team in the successful organization of VIRASAT, one of the main cultural festivals of the organization. Avishkar is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, where he completed his Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering in 2020. He also attended Delhi Public School Bhopal and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Chandrapur for his secondary education.
