Avnish Gupta is a highly experienced Product Management practitioner with over 13 years of experience in Cloud Technology & SAAS. He has worked on multiple products in TechCom, Print & Publishing and eLearning domains, primarily in B2B segment. Currently, Avnish is the Director Of Products at Exotel, where he manages Voice Products, Blended APIs, Integrations, Developer Experience & Enterprise Adoption. He is responsible for managing platform extended products (Blended APIs - Lead Assist & Campaigns) and driving revenue, cost, adoption, and organic product growth. Additionally, Avnish is leading the Developer Experience (DX) Charter for the organization, ensuring smoother on-boarding and reduced support tickets. Avnish holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore with majors in Product Management, Marketing & Strategy. During his time at IIMB, he was the Academic Coordinator for his batch and Students Activity Committee (SAC) Member. He was among the Top-3 nominated for the Gold Medal in Best All-Round Performance. Prior to his current role, Avnish worked as a Lead QA Engineer at Exotel, where he worked on building a Cloud Telephony platform from scratch. He also worked at Adobe as a Lead Software Engineer, where he was part of the Product Development and Automation team, working on Captivate Prime - a world-class SaaS LMS and eLearning Community. Avnish's TechStack includes Product Manager, Mobile, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, QA, and Product Designer. He has relevant experience of 11.44 years and is a seasoned professional in the field of Product Management.
