Avnish has a track record of success in community building and social welfare initiatives. He is the founder of Women Unified, a long-term initiative aimed at creating sustainable solutions to women's issues, including harassment, exploitation, and crimes against women. He has also served as the Technical Head at GirlUp Urja, where he led the development of innovative solutions to address energy poverty in India. Currently, Avnish is the Lead Organizer (Head of Operations) at DSC WOW, a week-long event that brings together developers and tech enthusiasts to explore the latest technology trends and innovations. He is responsible for managing the event's operations, including workshops, sessions, and a 48-hour hackathon named CodeOffDuty. Avnish's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Birla Institute of Applied Sciences, where he is expected to graduate in 2023. He also completed his intermediate studies in PCM with Computer Science & English from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in 2018. Avnish's technical expertise lies in Frontend development, and he has over 2 years of relevant experience in this field.
