Awantika Chitransh is a final year Computer Engineering student at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology with a strong academic background and programming knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and development. She is proficient in C++, Java, Python, Nodejs, Mongodb, SQL, and Big data tools. Awantika has worked as a Summer Intern and Software Development Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where she gained experience in Big data technologies, distributed computing concepts, and cloud-related applications. She worked on a project that involved building an application with microservices interacting with each other using Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, and AWS Dynamo DB tables. Awantika also developed an Input/Output Data Quality Check Framework using Python, Pyspark, Hadoop, and Hive for a Big Data Machine Learning Application. She used concepts related to distributed computing to implement parallel processing of big data tables and enhanced the existing data quality checks. Currently, Awantika is working as a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where she is a full-stack developer working on technologies like Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, Terraform, Dynamo DB, AWS, and SQL. She is eager to enhance her knowledge and capabilities by working in a dynamic organization that prides itself on giving responsibilities to new talent. Awantika's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Thapar University, where she is expected to graduate in 2022. She also completed her High School and ISC from City Montessori School. Her technical skills include AWS, Software Engineering, SQL, Big Data, Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spring, Terraform, MongoDB, Microservices, Python, ML, Hadoop, NodeJS, and Apache Hive.
