Ayan Brahmachary is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in managing government projects on IT solutions and audio-visual solutions. He is currently working as the Deputy Manager for Project Delivery at embee software pvt. ltd. where he manages a team of 15+ engineers on IT service implementation projects. Ayan has successfully managed various projects and transitions throughout the project lifecycle. He drives the team to follow the ITSM framework implemented by both customer and company (internal) and tracks and reviews engineers and vendors' performance. Ayan has also worked as an Assistant Manager for Networking at Kochartech where he managed centralized IT service desk supporting six office locations and 2000+ users. He managed IT operations and service delivery of both Kolkata and Chennai hub as per agreed SLA. He managed a team of 10+ engineers supporting various IT infrastructure services and tracked and reviewed engineers and vendors' performance. Ayan's past experience also includes working as an Engineer for Network Management at Orange Business Services. He successfully managed the team leader role for a team of 8+ engineers supporting multiple IT infrastructure services such as network support, system support, and desktop support. He worked as a Sr. Network Administrator and maintained the ITIL processes of infrastructure management, incident management, change management, and configuration management. Ayan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Calcutta.
