Aylin Sayharman is an experienced Software Engineer currently working at Hopin. Prior to joining Hopin, Aylin worked as a Jr. Front-End Developer at Boomset, where she gained valuable experience in creating and managing product backlog items, prioritizing them with the customer and team in line with project goals, and providing clear and unambiguous specifications to enable the production of quality software. Aylin also worked as a Business Analyst at Tatilbudur.com, where she realized and translated customer opportunities and pain points into detailed product requirements. She conducted product requirement meetings with customers and engineering teams to develop the most optimal solution, participated in UX/UI design and review processes, and created and designed efficient test cases to provide good coverage for both manual and automated testing. Aylin holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Education and Instructional Technology from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. She has also taken an active role in all aspects of quality within her projects, supporting continuous integration, continuous testing, and release management.
