Ayman Jawhar is a seasoned Chief Product Officer with over 10 years of experience in driving innovation and creating great product experiences. He is currently the CPO at Klasha, where he is responsible for hiring Senior PMs (Growth, Mobile), HOP, and Senior Designer. Ayman has a proven track record of launching industry-leading mobile payment solutions, including the One Touch payments across Android and iOS, which were featured in Uber and Yplan. He has also led regional, scrum, agile, and cross-functional teams across 123+ countries in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, delivering multi-million dollar product lines and being accountable for revenue. Prior to his role at Klasha, Ayman founded Worksprint, where he supported founders and companies in building product teams, strategy, and culture. He also co-built INSEAD's first Product Management Course for MBAs, called "Product Management in a Digital World," during his time as a Lecturer at INSEAD. Ayman holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Computer & Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
