Ayush Aggarwal is a highly motivated PhD student at the Extreme Robotics Lab with a passion for research and finding solutions to challenging problems. He is a research enthusiast who is looking forward to working on some of the most difficult issues that can provide solutions to people all over the world. Ayush has a wealth of experience in the field of computer vision, which he has gained through his educational background and professional experience. Ayush has worked as a Research Scientist at ThinCi, where he was responsible for designing and implementing core deep convolution networks. He has implemented a reward-based unsupervised inverse reinforcement learning model and is currently training it on multiple scenarios such as empty road, turns, curves, U-turn, and different traffic conditions. Ayush has also been working on an online bird view virtual image reconstruction using sensors like camera, HDMap, Lidar, GPS. He has also worked on online centimeter-level localization of the vehicle to cope up with the error in GPS sensor. Ayush was able to achieve perfect lane-level localization with very small lateral error. He has also been working on real-time HDMap generation using sensors and vision approaches. Ayush has also worked as a Software Developer at Practo, where he was responsible for developing new features that could ease out the effort of the product users and resolve problems computationally. He was also responsible for resolving any issues with the product and removing them from the root cause. Ayush has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Vision from the University of Birmingham, a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from GGSIPU. He also has a Senior Secondary degree in Engineering Science from Arwachin Bharti Bhawan Sr. Sec. School. Ayush's extensive experience in research, reinforcement learning, backend, and software engineering makes him an asset to any organization. With 2.35 years of relevant experience, Ayush is a highly skilled and dedicated individual who is always ready to take on new challenges.
