Ayush Agrawal is a self-driven and motivated serial entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience in founding and promoting multiple businesses. He is a Tech Entrepreneur, Startup Mentor, and the Founder and CEO of LectureNotes, an ed-tech company that he started from scratch. Ayush onboarded over 60 thousand teachers and 1.7 million students and got it acquired within 4 years. He possesses well-developed leadership skills, communication skills, excellent time management skills, and great teamwork abilities. Ayush is experienced in all aspects of business development, including technology, operations, marketing, and finance. He is actively mentoring multiple startups and likes to engage with enthusiastic founders. At LectureNotes, Ayush built a team of 50 people across various departments and led a team of 25 developers to implement a microservice architecture. He acted as a technology architect to design and implement the complete data model and application structure ensuring scalability, high throughput with minimum server response time. Ayush managed 14 servers (DevOps) in AWS ensuring server stability and reduced the server response time by 80% through optimizations. He successfully migrated from Monolithic application (PHP/MySQL) to microservices (Node/MongoDB). Ayush conducted over 500 interviews for idea validation, usability testing, and problem identification. He grew LectureNotes to 1 million Monthly Active User and On Boarded over 60 thousand teachers to be a part of the community. Ayush conceptualized, launched, and took to market various products like LectureNotes Prime, LectureRoom, and LectureAcademy. Ayush's past experience includes working with multiple startups (D2C and SaaS) as a Freelance Developer/Consultant, helping them in multiple phases of their application development life cycle. He designed software architecture for 4 tech products, helped in the development of software products for 6 startups, deployed the solutions to Clouds including AWS, GCP, or Digital Ocean, and recruited and trained new candidates and employees to build in-house teams for many of the clients. Ayush also co-founded Supravat Services as a student entrepreneur to deliver morning needs directly at the doorsteps (Similar to MilkBasket).
