Ayush Goel is a highly motivated and accomplished individual with a background in software development and a passion for business analysis. He is currently pursuing his MBA from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay, and has completed his B.Tech in Information Technology. Ayush has over 2 years of experience working as a Software Developer and has worked on various web application projects for clients, reducing processing time, and improving efficiency by 40%. Ayush is currently working as a Business Analyst Intern at Indus Valley Partners, where he has analyzed the implementation of 5 IVP products used for data management, mapped the flow of data, and prepared data dictionaries for 170+ processes and 12+ datasets using SQL. He has also created dictionaries for 20+ client reports and 10 UI screens with an average of 30+ parameters per dictionary. Ayush has formulated a template for data dictionaries and mapped flow that can be implemented across 160+ clientele, reducing SMEs training time by 15+ hours per client. He has secured a Pre Placement Offer for his exemplary performance during the Summer Internship Program. Ayush has also worked as a Product Consultant Intern at TalentServe, where he designed one elementary course each for technical and management students. He performed competitor analysis, prepared a go-to-market strategy, and determined pricing tiers for the 2 courses. He developed the course outline & material for both courses and prepared 150+ questions to be used for quizzes.
