Ayush Gupta is a highly skilled Technologist with around 10 years of experience in Process Technology, Unit operations, and Project handling. He is currently working as Technologist - Hydroprocessing, Central Technical Services in Reliance Industries, where he has attained good technical experience in handling unit operations, process optimization, and Hydrotreating Catalyst loading/unloading activities, among others. Ayush has also gained exposure to HAZOP, PHA study, and has good knowledge of HSE, PSM elements, and ISO certification relevant in the process industry. Ayush's previous job role was working on assignments related to HNUU - CCR Platformer Unit revamp-Brownfield project worth around 140 million USD, where he got exposure to handling steady state operations of the unit. He has also worked on assignments related to commissioning of greenfield projects undertaken in the domain. In pursuit of getting more efficient in project management and establishing himself in this domain, Ayush has secured PMP certification accredited by PMI. Ayush's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and Sr secondary schooling from St. Anselms Pink City School, Jaipur.
