About
Ayush Gupta is a Business Development Specialist with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship. He is the founding member and lead business of Crib, a SaaS platform for rental housing operators, where he is responsible for strategy, new business opportunities, GTM, market research, business development, enterprise business, monetization, and team building. Ayush is an expert in helping organizations grow from zero to one and has a track record of developing over 30 channel partners in 17+ states and 25+ cities. Ayush began his 0-1 journey during his time in college when he started Dyal Singh College's first-ever Commerce Society, "Comhub," and grew the team from 4 to 67 students. He has organized more than 35 events, including 2 annual fests and 1 National Conference. After college, Ayush worked as a Business Development Manager at SmartSchool Education Pvt Ltd, an EdTech company, and then went on to lead the B2B business at Avishkaar, another EdTech robotics company. Ayush is a firm believer in the power of collaboration and creating a vibrant and collaborative environment wherever he works. He is constantly looking for ways to learn and grow and make an impact. Ayush has achieved a lot in his career, including continuously achieving above-par sales quota for 3 years and exploring, R&D, and expanding businesses in 20+ states and 40+ cities. Ayush recently completed his MBA Executive Program (specializing in Business Analytics) from NMIMS, which has enabled him to gain deeper insights into various topics and tools. His knowledge purview entails startups, sales strategy, SaaS businesses, enterprise sales, B2B, GTM, growth & strategy, account management, team building, pre-sales, inside sales, onboarding, monetization & retention, sales trainings, CRM implementation, sales tech stack, business development, channel sales, management, complex sales cycle, presentation to C-level exe, and business research & expansion in India wide.
