Ayush Hingar is a highly skilled Product Manager with over 4 years of experience in problem-solving, POCs, and building scalable products. He is currently working with Shadowfax, where he collaborates closely with the tech teams and Junior PMs to drive customer experience, partner retention, and new client growth. Ayush is also responsible for driving key strategic partnerships, cost reduction projects, and process improvement across the firm as a member of the Strategy Operations team. Prior to his current role, Ayush worked as a Consultant with Kearney for over 2 years. During this time, he gained experience working across multiple sectors, including Consumer Retail (Apparel), Solar PV Industry, Metals & Mining, and Oil & Gas, and multiple verticals such as EBITDA Improvement, Growth Strategy, Supply Chain Network Design, Working Capital Reduction, Post-COVID Recovery, and Product Lifecycle Management. Ayush holds a Bachelors and Masters of Technology (BTech + MTech) degree in Energy Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also completed his 12th from Nalanda Academy in Kota and is a Level 2 Candidate in Chartered Financial Analyst. Ayush's strong technical background and experience in product management make him a valuable asset to any organization.
