Ayush Jain is a Learning Designer, Ed Tech professional, Social Enterprise enthusiast, and Crowdfunding Coach with 3.52 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Student Coach at Startmate, where he is responsible for coaching and mentoring students in the Summer23 program. Previously, Ayush managed learning programs and support at StartSomeGood, where he worked with various social enterprises, charities, and NGOs to help elevate their storytelling and accelerate their fundraising efforts. He has also worked with over 30 early-stage start-ups directly and indirectly while helping run operations at SPARK Deakin Accelerator in Melbourne and Techstars in Bangalore. At EntryLevel, Ayush helps design learning programs to break the no experience, no job cycle and get students job-ready. They currently offer Data Analyst, Product Management, and Growth Marketing courses while growing their programs rapidly this year. Ayush collaborates with leading experts to refine their jobs into virtual, 30-day courses to help people rapidly reskill. He also creates written and video educational content and collaborates with marketing, product, and technical teams to bring programs to life. Ayush is a Postgraduate Degree holder in Social Innovation Management from Amani Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration and Management, Finance from S P Jain School of Global Management. He completed his high school education from Modern Senior Secondary School, Kota. Apart from his professional jobs, Ayush has also been a basketball coach, math tutor, cafe all-rounder, retail salesman, flyer distributor, mover and packer, and the guy who asks for donations at crowded train stations. He is an avid reader and reads around 5 books per month. Ayush believes that our education system is broken and just having a university degree no longer fits the bill.
