Ayush Jain is a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where he focuses on developing complex UI for customer-facing platforms. He is known for his ability to get things done, having completed two projects with the highest standards within the first 5-6 months of joining Amazon. Prior to Amazon, Ayush worked at Oracle Consulting, where he designed scalable applications for various customers using Oracle Cloud and open-source technologies. Ayush completed his Masters in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, where he was an active member of one of the AI labs. He is passionate about learning more about how technology can be leveraged by organizations to gain a competitive edge in the market. Ayush enjoys solving real-life challenges using his strong analytical abilities, managerial skills, and experience in software development and data science. Ayush is always on the lookout to explore new things happening in the tech world and takes a keen interest in solving the impossible. He is currently trying his hands on OpenAI. Ayush possesses a wide range of technical skills, including Python, JavaScript, React.js, MongoDB, Node.js, DevOps, Docker, AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and data science technologies like NLP, chatbots, deep learning, and neural networks. Ayush also has excellent management communication skills, including leadership, teamwork, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and negotiation. He is experienced in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, risk management, and stakeholder management. Ayush has worked as a Software Engineer Intern at LexisNexis, where he implemented CI/CD to automate the build process and deployment using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Amazon Web Services. He also integrated a framework to establish contract-driven testing between API endpoints and successfully led an initiative towards shift left testing to improve the delivery/release of multiple products. As a Graduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, Ayush led a team of three developers to implement an Intelligent Tutor Application using ReactJS and microservices using Node.js. He also collected and analyzed data of subscribed students for research purposes to enhance the application's intelligence. Ayush holds a Masters of Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information and Technology from Jabalpur Engineering College. He has 4.52 years of relevant experience and is always interested in new and exciting projects.
