Ayush Jaiswal is a motivated and growth-focused Software Engineer currently working at Uber. Ayush graduated from IIT Kharagpur with Minors in Computer Science and has professional software development experience in Java, along with prior experience in C++, Python, Machine Learning, Algorithmic Trading, and Natural Language Processing. Ayush possesses strong communication and teamwork skills, and has full professional proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages. He has worked as a Product Engineer at Sprinklr, where he received the Amazing Performer Award in Sprinklr's 16.2 Quarterly Product Release Cycle (04/2021). Ayush identified and worked on bugs/issues based on priority and major features, fixed production issues relating to slowness, lags, high loads, etc. during on-calls, and re-engineered the location detection algorithm, making business-critical logic changes and code optimizations, increasing its accuracy to 98.9% on the golden dataset. He also resolved 7 customer concerns and critical issues related to inaccuracies in location data as part of the 16.10 product release (Nov 2021) and proposed and implemented an innovative solution to include enhanced visual categories on the Sprinklr platform. Ayush also worked as a Quantitative Analyst Intern at Kivi Capital, where he generated profitable trading strategies and found 9 analytic ratios to distinguish investments based on profitability, liquidity, leverage, etc. during Fundamental Analysis to give better alphas for investment. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering (under Electrical Engg.) with Minors in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and completed his high school from St. Thomas'​ Church School, Howrah.
