I am a Data Science and AI professional with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a strong foundation in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies. With over 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions across financial services and mobility sectors, I have worked extensively on end-to-end model development, AI governance, and risk management. Currently, I lead a 16-member global AI governance team at Bank of America, where I oversee the assessment, validation, and risk management of AI models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical AI practices. I have contributed to the development and governance of over 110 AI models, collaborating closely with business, risk, and compliance teams to enhance AI transparency and accountability. Additionally, I have worked on Generative AI applications, such as automating document extraction and leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for equity research automation, resulting in significant operational efficiency gains. Prior to this, at Ola, I played a key role in building and productionizing ML models for real-time cab allocation, demand prediction, and ride acceptance optimization. These solutions directly contributed to improved customer experience and increased operational efficiency. My technical expertise includes Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Apache Spark, and deep learning architectures, along with hands-on experience in ML model deployment, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
