Ayush Kumar is an experienced application developer with a background in cloud technologies, currently working as an Applications Engineer at Oracle. He has a strong understanding of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab and OCI build, and has expertise in developing and deploying applications using Golang and Kubernetes. Ayush has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where he gained a diverse range of skills in technology and research. Prior to his current role, Ayush gained valuable experience as a Technology Intern at Next Education India Pvt Ltd, where he worked on a machine comprehension project. He developed an existing AllenNLP and Django-based web service for reading comprehension and added ELMo embedding technique to the existing BiDAF model. He also incorporated NAQANet, which is faster than BiDAF, and created a docker image of the code base and a docker container client which sends request to the Django server. Ayush also worked as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science, where he focused on improving the efficiency of oscillating airfoils for application in Autonomous underwater vehicles. He studied the propulsion techniques used by fishes, the effect of chordwise flexibility of NACA-0012 airfoil on efficiency, and the effects of non-sinusoidal gaits on thrust and efficiency. He used PIV with Nd-YAG Laser to calculate the velocity field in the wake of airfoil. Ayush has a comprehensive understanding of various technologies such as Docker, CI/CD, Django, Kubernetes, language models, Golang, web development, and research. He is a quick learner and has a passion for exploring new technologies. With 1.86 years of relevant experience, Ayush is a valuable asset to any team he works with.
