Ayush Kumar is a Growth Product Manager at Pare, where he is currently working on building an employee referral system that incentivizes people when they refer their networks to jobs. With a relevant experience of 1.78 years, Ayush has a diverse range of skills and interests, including Product Building, Data Analysis, Full Stack Development, Growth Hacking, and Brand Building. Before joining Pare, Ayush worked in the Ad-Tech industry, where he got the opportunity to work on multiple projects in a short span of time. He has also founded Dreamdevs.tech, an initiative for small business owners to help them run their businesses smoothly during the Covid second wave in India. He has also worked as a Web Application Developer at Wonsulting, where he created a web application to study the impact of Covid-19 on startups all over the world and the layoffs that happened. Ayush has a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He also has senior secondary education in Science from D.A.V. Public School, Ranchi, and secondary school certification from D.A.V. Nandraj Public School. Apart from his work, Ayush has a keen interest in reading and researching climate and space tech solutions for current and future problems. He is proficient in a range of technologies, including product management, software engineering, frontend and backend development, web development, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, and mobile development.
