Ayush Mahajan is a Co-Founder at PV Diagnostics, a company that provides advanced diagnostic solutions for the solar industry. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Ayush has a strong background in energy science and engineering. He holds a Dual Degree in Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology. Ayush started his career as a Co-Founder at Pivotal Power Solutions, an energy auditing and advisory firm. He provided energy saving consultancy, specializing in electricity trading and consumption pattern. He also established a platform bridging clients and technology provider firms for accelerated interaction. Later, Ayush joined kWatt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President Business Development. At kWatt Solutions, he assisted all the stakeholders in the solar industry to make informed decisions. He was part of the 6-member core team and led the investment and sales team of EPC vertical. He developed and set up the end-to-end process to ease interfacing of technical, sales, and investment team. He raised a collateral-free OD limit for working capital requirement in component procurement and raised funds for Build Operate Transfer investment. Ayush also developed a financial model to determine key figures for investment in solar power plants and explored different financial arrangements between stakeholders like IPP, self-investment to ease investment. He empanelled CAs and wealth management firms to maximize investor reach and initiated an investor outreach program by organizing CA conferences to promote sector knowledge. Ayush also devised upfront and annuity models to increase CA engagement as per the requirement. He started the development of an integrated online investor platform and set up backend analytics to understand investor interest and rate investment opportunities. Ayush is proficient in Backend and Research Scientist tech stack. He has a strong educational background and has completed his schooling from The Scindia School.
