Ayush Raj is a sophomore pursuing Mathematics and Computing Engineering at IIT Ropar. He is a coding enthusiast and is constantly working on improving his skills in Data Structures and Algorithms. Ayush has also learned basic web development in front-end and is keen on exploring more in this domain. Apart from his academic pursuits, Ayush is interested in a variety of sports, especially football, basketball, and volleyball. He believes that sports help in building teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, which are essential in both personal and professional life. Currently, Ayush is working as a Software Development Engineer in the Calling Team of the Career Development & Placement Cell at IIT Ropar. He is responsible for developing software solutions that help students connect with potential employers and make informed career choices. Before joining the Calling Team, Ayush worked as an ISMP Mentor under the Institute Student Mentorship Programme (ISMP) at the Indian Institute of Technology. As a mentor, he helped freshmen students adjust to the academic and social environment of the institute and provided guidance on various aspects of student life. Ayush is proficient in various technologies, including Software Engineering, Web Development, and Frontend Development. He has relevant experience of 0.26 years in the field and is constantly looking for opportunities to learn and grow. Ayush's ultimate goal is to become a successful software engineer and make a positive impact on society through his work. He is a driven individual with a passion for learning and is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve his goals.
