Ayush Rastogi is a highly experienced Staff Engineer at Samsung Electronics, where he has been working for over a decade. He has a strong background in 4G/5G System Design Engineering, and has designed and managed several 4G features such as interference mitigation features (ICIC, FeICIC, NAICS, etc.), connected-mode DRX, dual connectivity, DL & UL frequency-selective scheduling. Ayush is also an expert in simulation-based analysis of backhaul capacity, and has designed and managed 4G & 5G statistics. He is familiar with all major 4G protocols including L1, L2, X2, and S1 protocols (TS 36.xxx series), and has a good understanding of up-coming 5G protocols (TS 38.xxx series). Ayush has previously worked as an Engineer and Summer Intern at Samsung, where he studied the feasibility of the use of physical layer technologies like beam-forming and multiple antennas in latest wireless standards like LTE / LTE-A and gave suggestions for suitable implementation of these technologies in wireless networks. Ayush holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has a strong technical background in Mobile and Deep Learning technologies.
