Ayush Sharma is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a background in Life Science and Healthcare. He currently works at EY - Global Delivery Services, where he focuses on digitizing ideas through applications for EY member firms. Ayush has developed a patented EY-Life Science Healthcare project that helps create value-based contracting strategies to treat more patients, drive better outcomes, and optimize costs with clients like NHS, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, BMS, Roche, etc. Ayush is well-versed in Agile and Scrum Frameworks and has followed the CMMI-5 approach in his career at EY. Along with his professional duties, he creates an environment for the team where they like to come to the office and enjoy what they do. Ayush's interest and experience lie in specific domains of Health care and Strategy consultancy. He is an incoming MBA student at Lancaster University Business School, UK, with a perspective to learn how to create/develop a working product with all the ideas present at the table, the digital way. He aims to learn how the business side of the market functions, through his MBA. Ayush is a "People's person" who is always looking forward to exploring new ideas and innovations. Ayush has worked with a team of about 250+ members spread across 30 countries worldwide, earning global experience in different work cultures and environments. He has been promoted to Code reviewer, responsible for the review, providing comments for better code standards, and approval of it to be merged into the server. He has also worked with the business team of EY-UK to maintain a huge list of sensitive master data and set up new environments asked by the business team for giving demos to clients. Ayush has interned with Smarttree, where he worked as Business Development Associate for "Spartan Poker," and All India Radio, where he worked with a team in understanding and orchestrating Radio frequencies and transmission.
