Ayush Tabhane is a 5th year undergraduate student pursuing an Integrated M.Tech. degree with specialization in Visual Information and Embedded Systems in the department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. He has a keen interest in Image Processing, Algorithms and Embedded Systems. Ayush has served as the Secretary Technology for Homi Jahangir Bhabha Hall Of residence for Technology General Championship 2014-2015. He managed various technical events in Technology General Championship for Homi Jahangir Bhabha Hall of Residence during his tenure as Technology Secretary at IIT Kharagpur. Currently, Ayush is working as a Software Developer Intern at airbotstech. He has developed a model performing facial emotion detection on given facial images with 70% accuracy. He has also developed a GUI capable of performing emotion detection by detecting faces from input taken as any video file or live camera feed. Ayush has further developed a GUI for enhancement of the model by increasing the facial emotion datasets categorized on the basis of people's opinion and thereby training to increase the accuracy. He has been regarded as one of the best two interns with a pre-placement offer. Ayush's education history includes an Integrated MTech with specialization in Visual Information and Embedded Systems from IIT Kharagpur, Higher Secondary School Certificate in Bifocal: Electronics from Shivaji Science College, Nagpur, and Secondary School Certificate in SSC-94% from Sheeladevi Public School. Ayush's tech stack includes Software Engineer and Image Processing. He has 5.76 years of relevant experience in the field. Ayush's passion for Image Processing, Algorithms, and Embedded Systems and his expertise in software engineering make him a valuable asset to any organization.
